These commissions are undertaken at cost in consideration of the brave Men and Women who risk their lives, and sometimes lose their lives, in public service. You don't know this but their stories are far braver than any Athlete you'll see in our Sports Gallery. Baseball games are great because everyone walks away at the end and goes home. In Law Enforcenment and Fire Safety, that doesn't always happen. And you almost never hear about it. Using our talents as much as we can afford to celebrate the lives of these courageous Public Servants is an obviouis choice for us.
