We paint by hand in the style of Tradional Fine Oil. Our single image portraits capture a dignified likeness of the subject in uniform. A multi-image collage portrait attempts to tell the Officer's life story in a more complete way. This can either be from a Family (home life) perspective or from a professional point of view. Canvas sizes include: 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 24x30, 32x48. The original artwork is often sent to the Family. If desired, a reproduction can be created for display at facility headquarters.

Fees & Procedure

Our Fees for work in this category are discounted 90%. There are no advance payments and satisfaction is guaranteed. If the issue of cost remains for a Memorial Portrait, we will fundraise or find a sponsor to enable delivery of the finished portrait. In this way the recipient(s) pay no cost. Our position is no one should be denied the chance to properly Honor a First Responder lost in the line of duty.

To start a new project, Police organizations or a Family member typically provide an occupational photo or a short series of photos. An Artist then constructs a compositional sketch for review. Once approved, we begin to paint. When the commemorative artwork is complete we send a second proof by email for final acceptance. Any changes that are deemed necessary are always honored without charge.
